Being straight with you about the pressure

At 652 PSI this is a portable pressure washer, not a replacement for a mains-powered unit. It will make short work of mud, dust, road salt, bird mess and general grime. It will not lift years of ingrained black algae off a driveway in one pass — nothing cordless will. If you want a tool you can carry to the car, the bike or the caravan and use in two minutes flat, this is the right buy. If you want to deep-clean 100m² of block paving, buy a mains washer instead.

Specifications

One battery or two?

One battery handles a car, a bike, or a set of garden furniture without trouble. Choose 2 Battery if you're cleaning more than one vehicle in a session, doing a full patio, or you'd rather not stop for 2–3 hours mid-job while the first one charges.

Questions we get asked

Do I need an outside tap?
No. Drop the intake hose into a bucket of water and it self-primes. A standard 10L bucket gives you several minutes of continuous spray.

Can I use warm water?
Cold or lukewarm only. Don't feed it hot water — it will damage the pump seals.

Will it damage my car paint?
Not at a sensible distance. Use the wide fan setting and keep roughly 30cm back on paintwork. Save the narrow jet for wheels, arches and concrete.

How loud is it?
Much quieter than a petrol or mains washer — comparable to a cordless drill. Fine for early mornings and terraced streets.

Can I use it in winter?
Yes, but drain the pump and hose after use if it's going to freeze. Store the battery indoors.

Does it come with soap?
The foam bottle is included, the detergent isn't. Any standard car snow foam or pH-neutral shampoo works.
